Summary of CAM Duties
A Community Association Manager (CAM) is a licensed professional regulated by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. CAMs play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of community associations, including HOAs, condominiums, and cooperatives.

At The Towns at Seascape HOA, our CAM is responsible for executing the governing documents, maintaining common areas, assisting with budgeting, and implementing policies set by the Board. Their primary goal is to support the community’s best interests by overseeing daily operations and ensuring a well-maintained, efficiently run neighborhood.

Management Company is Alton Madison Property Management
Our community is professionally managed by Alton Madison Property Management, with Sal Gugliuzza overseeing day-to-day operations to help ensure everything runs seamlessly. Management is conveniently located only 3.5 miles or about 8 minutes from the community in historic downtown Homestead near City Hall.
